AIRE was born and raised with a deep desire to create a home away from home, built on the trials and tribulations we’ve encountered during our own emigration process. Moving from one holiday home to the next, in search of a place to call home, has taught us that small gestures can do a lot to make you feel at home.
From a subtle scent, being welcomed by a friendly person, a stocked refrigerator, an inviting atmosphere to a clean house - we were and still are convinced current service standards in the property management world in the Costa del Sol and Estepona area are in need for a change. We are different in many ways, but most of all, clients and guests are not a number. We are most happy when we are able to connect with you in real life and share a few moments together.
In 2022 we decided to move house from The Netherlands to Spain - in search of a more conscious way of living. We drove to our destination, packing our car with the bare necessities only and started an amazing journey. Ever since that day it’s our mission to breathe love and life into any home.
AIRE has been built around a unique set of values, the heart of everything we do. Trust, honesty, transparency and empathy are part of that and we are proud to be able to service a selected, tight-knit family of property owners who feel the same way. With us, it’s always personal.
Founded by husband and wife duo Esther and Pascal, to this day, AIRE is still a small-scale, family-owned business, thriving on personal connections. We collaborate with a small group of home owners and deliberately keep a limited number of seats, which guarantees consistency in quality, dedicated engagement, and personalised services - always with a keen eye for detail. We look forward to meeting you.

Esther, founder AIREI am born and raised in the Dutch retail world, in which I build a career in Marketing, Creative Direction, Buying, Visual Merchandising and Design. In 2020, right before COVID-19 hit the world, I decided to follow my dreams and opened up a concept store and also worked as a free-lance brand director and designer.
Over three years ago, we moved to Spain and built AIRE from scratch, armed with a mission to do things differently. To truly create a home away from home, with an eye for detail and a passion for people - based on our experiences during our emigration process.
The past years brought us amazing successes, positive energy, and unforgettable happy times. But we also experienced a deep profound loss as the love of my life, Pascal - and passionate co-founder - passed away in 2025.
To this day, AIRE is still a small-scale, family-owned business, thriving on personal connections. We wouldn’t be here today without Pascal’s amazing efforts, and his unconditional love for clients and guests. As we continue our incredible journey, the legacy Pascal left will always be at the heart of everything we do.
I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by an amazing team of professionals, who go out of their way to welcome our guests, look after our clients properties and who are here with me every day to create even more memorable experiences.
In the coming months we’ll be fine tuning our proposition as well as continue to built AIRE as the destination where unconditional love for guests and clients thrive.
