AIRE offers home owners a selection of related but distinct disciplines: AIRE Care for residential property management, and AIRE Studio for interior projects and property advisory services. The AIRE Concept Store is the heart of our agency, serving both as a store, our office and an inspiring space and showroom for our interior clients.
Each stands on its own and together, they form the way AIRE operates. Almost all of our services are tailored-to-measure to fit your needs as we don’t believe in anything standard. Read more about our services below and don’t hesitate to get in touch in case you’ve got any questions.
AIRE Care
Residential Property Management
Care is our residential property management service, in which we take care and look after your Costa del Sol home when you're not here. Our high quality services reflect our own values, and are built on continuity, trust, attention to detail and personal attention. We don't offer short-term rental management services. We do offer considered, quiet, ongoing care and we deliberately keep AIRE Care to a limited seats of clients. We strongly believe every home deserves dedicated attention, with an eye for detail, and always in close personal contact with the owner. Our Care services offer three tiers, chosen based on your level of personal involvement.
Essential — from € 195 per month
Quarterly visits, oversight, and a shared stay planner. For owners who want to stay actively involved but want reliable eyes on their property.
Comfort — from € 395 per month
Monthly visits, full stay planner management, four personal guest welcomes per year, and coordination with your local suppliers. For owners who prefer active management, with the option to receive guests - hosted by us in-person.
Signature — from € 695 per month
Fortnightly visits, twelve in-personal welcome services a year, full supplier coordination, and a personal concierge service for your property. For owners who prefer to hand over care for their home away from home and guests completely.
AIRE Studio

Property Advisory — short, focused engagements
For buyers and new property owners we offer a selection of services: Pre-Purchase Design Consults, Snagging Services, and Pre-Rental Consultations. All short, focussed engagements — most take one to two weeks from booking to delivery.
Styling SERVICES
We offer small to mid-scale styling work: refresh or full styling of an apartment or villa or regular seasonal styling updates for your property - which can be added as a yearly subscription or simply as a one-off service. Our Styling services are tailored-to-measure for real estate agents and project developers.
RENTAL-READY SERVICES — our signature service
A dedicated service for owners looking to prepare their home for short-term rental, legally compliant with Andalusian rules, inviting aesthetics and operationally prepared - ready to be handed over to your Property Manager. Our Rental-Ready services are modular and each of the 4 steps can be requested separately.
Full Interior Projects
From a single room to a complete residence. Full tailored-to-measure design service including concept development, sourcing, styling, and installation. Scoped and priced on the basis of the specific project, with clear milestones throughout.
AIRE Studio houses our design and property advisory services. Whether you're considering the purchase of a property, looking to professionally launch your home on the rental market, refresh a room, or want to furnish your new home from the ground up — we offer a selection of services, shaped for any moment. Next to collaborating with property owners, we also work with local real estate agents and project developers. Below you will find a short summary of the services we deliver, though there’s much more to share- simply get in touch to schedule a meeting at our office, a call or a video meeting.
Turn-Key New Build projects
For owners of a new-build property who want to move into a fully furnished home away from home. All-in packages cover design, procurement, delivery, and installation — everything from lighting to linens. Scoped and priced as an all-in package, per property type and chosen comfort level.
Studio Retainers
For clients who prefer us on-hand as a regular design partner rather than for a single project. Studio retainers for example can include the monthly update of your property website, creation of a Shopping List or styling advice. We offer three hours of design time per month, on your call, at a fixed monthly fee.
Listing & Marketing
Our Studio offers specific services for short-term rental owners: Pre-Shoot Styling for photography days, a bespoke property website, and the AIRE Guestbook design service for a considered arrival experience. We also offer our Pre-Shoot Styling services to a selection of exclusive real estate agents. Feel free to reach out to us if you’d like us to style one of your listings.
