Key Holding
We offer key holding services, keeping your keys save and act as your main point of contact in Spain. Whenever you or your family and friends would like to visit, yours keys are ready to be collected 24/7 at our office in Estepona. Our bespoke property management services always include our key holding services. Please note our AIRE Key holding service does not cover any in-person check-ins of family and friends. Our key holding service can be enriched with additional services such as cleaning services.
Property Management
We believe there’s no standard pack to manage a property. Every home owner prefers something different when it comes to taking care of their precious property. At AIRE we listen, we curate your wish list and work with you. Our most sought-after Property Management collaboration covers the coordination and/or maintenance of your property, frequently planned visits and acting on your behalf in Spain - from utilities and anything else related to your property.
Rental Management
Our Rental and Guest Management services offer everything to rent out your property as a holiday home. This includes preparation, marketing, guest management as well as making sure your rental home complies with Spanish laws. It goes without saying we’ll list your property on most Online Travel Agencies such as Airbnb and Booking. We also collaborate with a selection of exclusive partners such as The Plum Guide and Boutique Homes.

01 preparation SERVICES
We offer a tailored service to prepare your home for short-term rental. We visit your property, compose an inventory and works list, and if needed, we’ll create a shopping list - including the purchase, delivery and installation of furnishing and rental needs or maintenance, repairs and cleaning.
02 INTERIOR SERVICES
Should your property need any furnishing or styling, we’re happy to arrange all details for you. We either offer you our tailored-to-measure Interior Project services or are able to help you with the purchase and installation of your shopping list. We also have a network of professionals for painting, wall panelling, and other decorative works.
03 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Owning a property in Spain involves paper work - from yearly taxes, utilities, to the legal papers needed to rent out your home as a short-term rental property. We offer an array of services to help you or coordinate the processes. We are also able to introduce you to seasoned and trustworthy lawyers and accountancy firms.
