MID-TERM AND REMOTE WORKING STAYS

Each of our holiday homes is prepared meticulously and offer a welcome pack. Your stay includes bed linen, towels, beach towels, toilet paper and a selection of personal care amenities. The kitchen is equipped with tea, coffee, oil, pepper and salt, as well as a selection of cleaning products such as dishwasher tabs and detergent. Please note these amenities are not eligible for replenishment and you need to purchase them yourself if out of stock.

AMENITIES

You will be welcomed in-person at your holiday home. We therefore kindly ask you to send us your estimated time of arrival latest two weeks in advance.

GUEST SERVICES

We offer an array of guest services, including arranging airport transfers, mid-stay cleaning, groceries or restaurant reservations. High chairs and baby cots available upon request.

We are obliged to register every guest at the Spanish government. Therefore, each guest will receive a link to our software partner Checkin Scan to check-in digitally. Please note this needs to be done before your arrival. Failure to do so, results in the cancellation of your stay.

Small, well-behaved pets are welcome at a selection of our properties. Guests are kindly requested to respect the house and community rules on pets. Please note, if approved, a pet fee of € 49,- is added to your stay.

Each stay booked directly through us offers your a payment in two terms. 50% is charged to your credit card when your booking is added to our system. The second and last payment will be charged one week prior to your check-in. Please note we are not able to accept cash payments.

Each booking is eligible for a refund, up to 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations at less than 60 days, up to 15 days are at 50% cancellation fees. We’re also aware in real life, unexpected situations might happen so reach out in case you have an urgent cancellation.
